If you want to be happy, be. - Leo Tolstoy

Who

This is the who about me. That sentence made sense. I will try again.

This is a list of people who will probably be mentioned on the blog enough that you ought to know who they are. That makes more sense, yes? (And just because I'm paranoid someone is going to read this and say, "Hey? Where am I? DO I MEAN NOTHING TO YOU?" - I will answer now. Yes! Of course you're important to me! I deeply value our longstanding friendship.)

The Family.
Mom - She. Is. The. Best. I mean, seriously. Best mom ever. She likes yard work (something I will never understand) and reading (which I understand all too well). Her one big issue is with TV. She's anti-t.v. In a big way. And she can't seem to sit through an entire movie. It's so weird.
Dad - He. Is. The. Best. Too. He's so super cool. And he doesn't have that TV problem Mom does, so that's a plus. We are quoting buddies. Which is so much fun. I love that. And he likes listening to show tunes and 80's rock with me, so what's not to love?
Emily - She's crazy. I know, she's got this nice normal thing going, but it's only keeping up appearances. She's actually a crazy person. We quote Baby Mama all the time, which is basically our favorite movie in the world. We share a room (not so fun), but we also stay up late and giggle over the Internet together (which is actually quite fun).
William - Oh William. So much to say. He's probably the coolest kid ever. He is my other quoting buddy. And he's good too. I can quote anything, and no matter how obscure, he always gets the quote. Even if he's only seen the movie once. He's just a genius like that. He also plays the tuba, which is pretty cool. How many people play the tuba?
Abigail - The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Abby is her crazy OCD-ness about her room. It's the cleanest room in the house. She's a nut about cleaning her room. Which is a good thing, I guess. She's also a crazy hard worker and stubborn as they come. But I like her. She's fun.
James - He's a t.v. addict, much to Mom's disgust. If he's not watching t.v., he's playing on the Wii. If he's not on the Wii, he's watching t.v. It's almost all he does. But he is the cutest, sweetest kid in the world, so he's got that goin' for him. He is the youngest child, that's for sure, but we love him in spite of it.

Oh cute! Are we not precious?

The Pets.
Yankee - We call him Cyclops for kicks ... Actually, we don't. But we should. Because he only has one eye. He's probably the cutest dog in the world. Dumb as a pile of rocks (if not dumber), but he's a sweetie. He seems content with life, probably because he's not smart enough not to be. But we're alright with that. He loves to play fetch and breathe loudly.
Libby - Satan Reincarnate. Just kidding. But seriously, she is devious. She's super cute, and she really plays that up to get out of trouble. And it often works, which is irritating. But it's really hard to be mad at her when she's sitting there all cute-like. She sort of has the Puss in Boots big innocent eyes thing going.
Felix - He's a fish. And he's super cool. He doesn't have a whole lot of personality, but that's to be expected. Because he's a fish.

The BFG.
The BFG consists of Melissa, Emily, Anna (hey that's me!), Laura, and Lizzie. In age order, of course. BFG stands for Big Five Girls. We came up for this years ago when we went through the "We Need A Cool Name For Ourselves" phase. It caught on pretty well. We are now collectively called the BFG at all family gatherings. Which is cool by us, because it is a rockin' name.

Just for kicks.
A brieft explanation: We are showing off our imaginary archery skills. Just to fill in the blanks.

A more recent picture of the five of us. Cute, yes?

*A Side Note*
Lizzie is my buddy. We are both on the same level of craziness, which makes us a pretty good pair. Some of the things we share: Sherlock, reading, writing, Labyrinth, Newsies, all things Disney, Harry Potter ... the list is endless. So we have fun. And she gets her own little blurb because it is entirely possible that she will be mentioned most, as the other three are often too smart to get caught up in our crazy shenanigans.
